How does our boosting system work?
Firstly, you have to place an order and give us your League ID and Password or just Username if you order DUO boosting. Then one of our boosters, who have at least Diamond II tier on their main accounts, will take your order by our special dashboard and take care about your account.
How to create an account at Vital-EloBoost?
After you’ve made your first purchase, you will recieve an email with your username and password. Sometimes this email may be sorted as spam. Do not hesitate to contact us via live chat if you get any problems with it!
Does Vital EloBoost have a refund policy?
Yes, we offers refunds in some cases. Please contact us via live chat or Contact Form if you need to issue a refund.
Can I get banned for boosting?
Since it is forbidden to boost, there is a small chance of getting banned, we are not responsible in this case. However, we did not get any complains about the blocks cases from our customers since season 9 – Before the chance to get banned was about 5%, today it’s close to zero.
What are your available payment methods?
Our most popular payment method at the moment is PayPal, but in case you dont have PayPal account we provide PayOp payment system which allows you to pay with more than 300 local and global payment methods including e-banking, e-wallets, cards and other methods.
What happens when the payment is completed?
Your order will be processed by one of our administrators and moved into special dashboard for boosters immediately after this. Then someone of our boosters will be assigned to your order – he will get your order details (but no username or password) and begin the boosting process within an hour
I have incorrectly indicated some details of the order, what should I do?

Will your booster use BE or RP on my account?
Our boosters are now allowed to take your BE or RP until you allow them to do it. In some cases, we may ask you about permission by ourselves, but we will never spend it without your approval.
I'm not completely sure about the amount of LP per win, what should I do?
Don’t worry about it, just choose 20+lp field in this case. We will let you know if it is less actually with a screenshots.
Can I play DuoQ with a booster?
Yes, specify the DuoQ option in the boosting calculator!
Could my account be stolen?
No. Your account is verified to your email address, to which the boosters do not have access.
Am I able to communicate with the booster during the order?
Sure. You are able to chat with your booster through the special chat with him in your personal account at the members area. You can check the DEMO page of our members area.
Which servers do you boost on?
At the moment we are working on all possible servers: EU West, EU Nordic&East, North America, Oceania, Japan, Korea, Russia, Latin America North, Latin America South, Turkey and Brazil.
Every Garena and Chinese servers are also available.
Can boosters play my main role and champions?
Yes, you can choose the roles and champions you prefer the boosters to play by specifying them through special extra option in the order calculator!
Can i order promotion games?
Yes, just choose your current league points through guaranteed Division Boost calculator and order boost to the next division. Also you can order Guaranteed Wins, however this doesn’t guarantee promotion.
How long will it take to boost me to my desired league/divison?
We can not be 100% sure how long the boost will take, but usually our boosters doing at least 1 division per day or even more. You can check detailed information about ELO boost duration times by special field “Аpproximate completion time” which is placed above the price at the every our boosting calculator.
How will the coaching lessons look like?
Firstly, the coach will contact you and both of you will decide what you are going to do. You can decide between DuoQ and/or Replay Analysing. Remember that each trainer has a unique style of coaching!
Can I play on my account during the order?
Yes, please let us know by the Live Chat or 联系我们 page if you want to play on your account. Tell us the day and time when our booster is not allowed to take your account. We need to know your UTC time zone also.
How many boosters will play on my account?
We wont change boosters for one order without good reasons, because changes IP much times could not be safe for your account.
Can I spectate the games performed by the booster?
Yes, you can use your second account or special online services to spectate the matches!
I am not satisfied with the current booster, can I change boosters?
In case you are not satisfied with the booster’s results, use the Contact US page or contact online support! Please realize that doesn’t means we will change your booster for sure – we will take a closer look at the situation and make a decision.
Can I do trolling in Duo games with booster?
When you order Duo service be sure that you can play seriously. You are not allowed to trolling or intentional feeding. If you do that much time we are able to terminate the order without refund. Be smart and appreciate your and our booster’s time!
No booster has played on my account for a while, why?
If there are no issues related to the server, you should contact our support and we will solve this problem as soon as possible!
A booster jumped over the ordered division, do i have to pay for it?
No. Consider it a gift 🙂
